Cellar-aged at least 9 years.
As an aperitif : best served at 9-10°C.
With food : best served at 10-12°C.
- Deep gold with fine and delicate bubbles.
- Delicious aromas of toast, brioche and acacia honey are replaced by more mature notes of candied fruits, reminiscent of quince jam.
- Initially, in synergy with the bouquet, then delivering more complexity and a maturity underscored by the Pinot Noir. The elegant structure gains in fullness and depth, enhanced by a spicy accent of cumin and nutmeg, and hazelnut too.
Finally, the 2012 vintage releases yellow fruit notes of nectarine. The tongue-tingling finish is underpinned by impressive poise.
Collection Vintage 2012 Brut is the ultimate champagne crafted with gastronomy in mind, and will shine at its very brightest when enjoyed with food.
