Tasting notes:

  • Deep gold with fine and delicate bubbles.
  • Delicious aromas of toast, brioche and acacia honey are replaced by more mature notes of candied fruits, reminiscent of quince jam.
  • Initially, in synergy with the bouquet, then delivering more complexity and a maturity underscored by the Pinot Noir. The elegant structure gains in fullness and depth, enhanced by a spicy accent of cumin and nutmeg, and hazelnut too.
Finally, the 2012 vintage releases yellow fruit notes of nectarine. The tongue-tingling finish is underpinned by impressive poise.
