The summer residence of Charles II, Duke of Wurtemberg, the Schloss Solitude was historically a place of revelry, the beating heart of 18th century court life. This rococo palace has successfully reinvented itself through the ages. Once the arrival point of a number of motor racing circuits, these days it is a gourmet restaurant as well as being home to the Akademie Schloss Solitude, offering exhibitions and summer schools for young artists – the perfect opportunity to indulge in alternative pleasures!

Nobuyuki Matsuhisa opened Nobu in New York in 1994 with his friend and business partner Robert de Niro. Success guaranteed, with currently more than 30 restaurants around the world, Nobu style is definitely a great style!
